FAQ's What information does ChanX.com require to open up an account? We require basic contact information of the business such as name, address, phone, email address and name of the user.  We also require a copy of your resellers certificate.  This can be submited online during the signup step or faxed to us. What is a resellers certificate? Since we sell products to other resellers, we do not charge a sales tax. It is the responsiblity of the wholesale buyer to charge a sales tax when they sell their product to the end user in their state. We are obligated to ask for a copy of a resellers certificate in order to make sure that you are able to collect sales tax from your customers. For more information on obtaining a resellers certificate, contact your state tax department. Step 1:  Your order has been successfully submitted.  Your credit card has not been charged. Step 2:  Verification has been completed.  Your credit card has not been charged. Step 3:  Your credit card has been successfully charged. Step 4:  Your order has been shipped.  You may view your tracking information by clicking the "tracking" link in your order. How can I return a purchased product? Read our RMA policy. Sign in. Click "My Orders". Choose the appropriate order from the list. Click on "Request Return" button. Fill out the required information. Are my transactions on ChanX.com secured? Yes.  Our shopping cart is SSL secured. What payment options do I have? You can pay for your orders using VISA, MasterCard, and American Express. We do not accept checks, money orders, or PayPal. How is my order shipped? Orders are shipped using Fed-Ex or UPS. How can I track my order? When you complete your order, you'll be able to view the status of it by clicking the "My Orders" link.  A shipping tracking number will be available for you.  All your previuos orders will be listed in the "My Orders" page.  Click on the order number to view tracking information for that order.
